Delivery and shipping
We currently dispatch orders Thursday to Saturday, just order by midday the day before to make sure you catch your desired date.
During the checkout process please select the date that you would like us to dispatch your order (i.e. the day that we will pop your brownies in the post, not the day that they will arrive). If left blank, we will dispatch them on the next available date.
Please double check your shipping address, we are unable to check every single order’s address and are unable to change it after dispatch.
We ship our postal brownies using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, which aims to deliver the next working day. We find this to be a very reliable service, however it is not a guaranteed service and it can take up to 2 further working days for your parcel to arrive.
Please do bear in mind that Royal Mail is still under pressure with the pandemic and delays can and do occur.
Our boxes have been designed to fit through a standard sized letterbox.
Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress via Royal Mail. If you are following up an order after dispatch, please check your tracking number before contacting us (if you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder too).
If you can’t find the relevant info, your order seems overly delayed, or you need anything else please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Due to the perishable nature of our product we’re unable to offer refunds after delivery/collection. If you’re unhappy with your product do email us (email@example.com) and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
